Due to the nature of our services, which involve professional work, government filings, and third-party interactions, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the following guidelines:
When Refunds Are Available
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
Before Work Begins
If you cancel your service request before we have commenced work on your project, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any processing fees.
Service Not Delivered
If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to reasons within our control, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Duplicate Payment
If you have made duplicate payments for the same service, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
Technical Errors
If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part, the excess amount will be refunded.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
After Work Has Commenced
Once we have started working on your project, invested time and resources, or filed applications with government authorities, refunds are generally not available.
Government Fees
Government fees, statutory charges, and third-party costs are non-refundable once paid to the respective authorities, regardless of the outcome.
Rejection by Authorities
If your application is rejected by government authorities due to reasons beyond our control (such as ineligibility, incomplete documentation provided by you, or policy changes), our service fees are non-refundable. However, we will assist you with reapplication if applicable.
Client-Provided Information
If delays or issues arise due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you, refunds will not be issued.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind after work has begun, refunds will not be provided. However, you may be able to transfer the service to another eligible entity.
Processing Delays
Delays caused by government authorities, public holidays, or technical issues with government portals are not grounds for refunds.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be considered:
- If work has been partially completed, a refund will be calculated based on the remaining work
- Service fees for completed work will be deducted from the refund amount
- Any government fees or third-party costs already paid are non-refundable
- A processing fee may be deducted from partial refunds
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Client
You may cancel your service order by contacting us via email or phone. Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.
- Before work begins: You may receive a full or partial refund minus processing fees
- After work begins: Cancellation charges will apply based on work completed
- After filing with authorities: Cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be issued
Cancellation by Registration Service
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service in the following cases:
- If you provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
- If you do not respond to our requests for information within a reasonable timeframe
- If the service is not feasible or legally permissible
- If payment is not received as per agreed terms
In such cases, we will refund any payments received, minus charges for work already completed.

Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If this is not possible, we will arrange an alternative refund method.
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved and processed from our end, it may take 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Service-Specific Policies
Some services may have specific refund terms:
- Trademark Registration: Government fees are non-refundable once filed. Service fees may be partially refundable if application is withdrawn before filing.
- Company Registration: Once name approval is obtained and documents are filed, no refunds will be provided.
- Annual Compliance: Fees are non-refundable once filings are submitted to authorities.
- Consultation Services: Fees are non-refundable once the consultation is completed.
Dispute Resolution

If we are unable to resolve the dispute directly, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kota, Rajasthan, India, as per our Terms and Conditions.
